Install on Android

It comes straight from us instead of the store. Three taps, about a minute, no developer tools and nothing to configure.

  1. Tap Download free above. Your device saves the file like any other download.
  2. Open the file. Android asks once whether to allow installs from your browser. Tap Allow, then Install.
  3. Open Fastspoken and follow the four setup cards. On first launch it fetches the speech engine once (about 630MB, wifi is easier). After that it lives on your device and works with no internet at all.

Early access, straight from us. Fastspoken installs from this page while the Play Store listing goes through review, so Android may show a Play Protect notice partway through. Android shows that for anything installed outside the Play Store. It is a note about where the file came from, not about what is in it, and the signature below lets you check that what you installed is what we published.

One installer, no admin rights, talking inside a minute.

  1. Download and run FastspokenSetup. It installs just for you, adds Start Menu and desktop shortcuts, and can start with Windows so the key is there whenever the idea is.
  2. Fastspoken opens when the install finishes. Follow the short welcome, and the speech engine downloads once (about 630MB, progress shows as it goes).
  3. Hold Right Ctrl and talk, or click the pill. Your words type into whatever app you are already in. Raw gives you exactly what you said, free. Cleaned is Pro, and it finishes the ramble into the message you meant.

Early access, straight from us. The build is not code-signed yet, so SmartScreen may ask you to confirm the first launch. Windows does that for any installer it has not seen signed before. Choose More info, then Run anyway, and check the file against the checksum below if you want to be sure.
